For the second consecutive year, Vinge has secured the top spot on Mergermarket's annual list of Swedish business law firms, leading both in the number of transactions and total deal value in 2024. With top rankings in both categories two years in a row, Vinge reinforces its position as Sweden’s leading M&A advisor. Over the past year, Vinge was engaged in 169 transactions with a total deal value of SEK 213 billion.
2024 was a record-breaking year for Vinge, with the firm completing 50% more transactions compared to the previous year. On the ranking list, DLA Piper took second place with 131 transactions totaling SEK 103 billion, followed by Mannheimer Swartling, which completed 105 transactions valued at SEK 104 billion.
