Mia Falk ansvarar sedan januari 2019 för Vinges Corporate Crime & Compliance-tjänster.
Med sin bakgrund som polis och 25 års erfarenhet av att förebygga och utreda ekonomiska oegentligheter, har Mia hanterat de flesta typer av oegentliga ageranden inom såväl privat som offentlig sektor. Hon har även en bred erfarenhet av att hantera de risker som sådana ageranden kan medföra för såväl organisation som individer.
Mia har arbetat som polis och utredare hos bland annat Ekobrottsmyndigheten, Finanspolisen och Nationella korruptionsgruppen och har även haft globalt ansvar för internutredningar inom Scania Group.
Hon har även varit internutredare inom FN och riskkonsult hos KPMG, där hon biträdde företag och myndigheter att förebygga och utreda olika typer av korruption och andra oegentligheter.

At the forefront of Vinge’s practice is Mia Falk, who has an outstanding résumé. She has a background as a police officer where she worked as an economic crime investigator for the national police force. She also has in-house experience, having worked as head of corporate investigations at commercial vehicle manufacturer Scania Group. Falk’s engagement with investigations extends to her extra-curricular activities: she serves as an advisor to the non-profit Association of Corporate Investigators; co-chairs the investigations group of the Employment Law Alliance; and sits on the board of CSR Sweden, which is a network of companies driving change in the area of corporate social responsibility and sustainability.
