Malin är specialiserad på immaterialrätt och arbetar främst med immaterialrättsliga tvister rörande patent, varumärke, upphovsrätter, mönster/design och företagshemligheter. Malin har ett särskilt fokus på såväl nationella som internationella patenträttsliga tvister inklusive tvister relaterade till tilläggsskydd. De teknikområden som Malin har arbetat med spänner brett inom bl.a. life science, mekanik, massa och papper och kemi. Malin har också lång erfarenhet av legal och strategisk rådgivning kopplad till avtalsrelaterad immaterialrätt inklusive frågor som uppkommer inom ramen för transaktioner, omstruktureringar samt licenser, samarbets- och utvecklingssamarbeten.
