Sustainability and CSR

Aiming to create long-term effects for our clients, employees and society.

As part of our sustainability work, we engage in community-building projects, initiatives and partnerships where we can contribute our skills and expertise to the growth and development of communities, organisations and individuals.

As we steer the business towards increased sustainability, we can assist our clients in doing the same. Our commitment to society enables us to implement our purpose in practice – creating a long-term effect for our clients, employees and society.

As lawyers, we have skills that can benefit more than our traditional clients and a responsibility that extends way beyond financial profits. Our desire to contribute to a better society is why we contribute to a range of different initiatives, using our knowledge and expertise to support and develop organisations that positively impact society.

We have chosen to divide our social responsibility into three main areas:

● Society as a whole. We invest in long-term projects to disseminate knowledge, work for greater diversity in the Swedish legal system, and elevate inclusion in the Swedish labour market.

● Entrepreneurship. Our commitment to business aims to support entrepreneurship, innovation and growth, both on a national level as well as in a global context.

● The individual. People grow through commitment, education and training, knowledge exchange and relationships. We want to create and share new knowledge for individuals and enhance the conditions in which people can grow in academic life, business, sports and other areas in Sweden and globally.

Some examples of Vinge’s social responsibility:

● Vinge’s Diversity Project
● The GoodCause Foundation
● Swedish Olympic Games Committee (SOK)
● Mitt Liv
● Rädda Barnen - Swedish Save the Children
