Opica AB has announced bid regarding Capio AB

Capio AB is an European health care group company with operations in English, Spain, France and the Nordic region. The company is owned indirectly by Apax Europe, Nordic Capital and Apax France. The bid corresponds to a total of all shares in Capio for SEK 15.6 billion.

Vinge acted as advisor to Opica AB. Representatives from Vinge included Carl Gustaf De Geer, Göran Nyström, Malin Leffler, Fabian Ekeblad, Carl Wetter, Ola Sandersson, Sara Mindus and Sara Axelsson.

 Vinge has advised Stockholm Exergi in connection with the conclusion of a permanent carbon removal agreement with Microsoft, covering 3.33 million tonnes of permanent carbon removals from bio-energy with carbon capture and storage (BECCS) at Värtan, Stockholm. The agreement is the world’s largest permanent carbon removal deal to date.
